1. The bed adopts Meehanite precision HT300 high grade cast iron, herringbone column design, stable structure.

2. The three-axis adopts Japanese THK high-precision screw guide rail to ensure the longevity of the machine tool.

3. The use of German Lenny oil proof wire: the wire interface integral die casting molding, strong signal interference resistance, good sealing, wire see oil soak for a long time will not harden, broken skin, good performance of the machine tool after years of use, low failure rate, enhance the service life of the machine tool line.

4. Taiwan double force punching cylinder: the punching force of the punching cylinder can reach 4 tons with three times the strength of the ordinary punching cylinder, which can improve the tool change speed and stability of the machine.

5. Taiwan double filter; The filter has automatic drainage function and secondary filtration function, which can purify the water of the machine tool gas path twice, enhance the pneumatic function of the machine tool and  reduce the gas path failure of the machine tool.

6. Main accessories: The electric appliance used in the power distribution of the machine tool of our company is the same standard as Mazak parts (the same supplier). The hand wheel adopts the original Japanese brand.

7. Each machine has been tested by laser, cue instrument, multiple test processing and three dimensional detection before delivery.
